Beverly Music Academy is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information We Collect
Contact details — name, email, phone number, and (for rehearsal room bookings) mailing address, when you fill out a form on our site.
Lesson and scheduling details — for students enrolled in our programs.
Payment information — handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We don’t store your card number or banking details ourselves.
How We Use It
We use your information to schedule lessons and rehearsals, process payments, send reminders and billing notices, and respond to your questions. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
Text Messaging
We only text people who’ve explicitly opted in through one of our forms, or verbally during the signup process — texting is never required to enroll. Texts are limited to lesson reminders, cancellations, teacher updates, scheduling, and billing — never marketing. The number of messages you get depends on how often you have lessons and which types of texts you’ve opted into. Standard message/data rates may apply.
Reply STOP anytime to opt out immediately, or HELP for support (you can also email aaron@beverlymusic.academy). We use Twilio to send these messages, and your number is only shared with them to deliver texts — never for marketing.

Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and for Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not work as well without them.
Students Under 18
Most of our students are minors. In these cases, the contact and billing information we collect belongs to a parent or guardian, who’s responsible for keeping it accurate.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for financial and legal recordkeeping. Stripe manages payment data retention on its own terms.
Your Choices
Email us anytime at info@beverlymusic.academy to review, correct, or delete your information. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP — this won’t affect your lessons or enrollment.
