We are excited that you are joining our community at Beverly Music Academy! We provide the administrative, logistical, and studio support for your musical journey. If the policies below do not work for you, please let us know. Special accommodations can be made for unique situations.

Payments
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is securely sent directly to Stipe. We do not store your payment information in our database. Please feel free to read about Stripe’s secure online payment system here.
We offer students the flexibility to pay for lessons in 3 different ways:
Pay As You Go – This is the default way we charge for lessons, based entirely on how your teacher records attendance for your lessons. Please note their cancelation policy. You’ll receive a notification when your teacher marks a lesson attended, we then delay for 72 hours giving the student time to catch mistakes or dispute a charge BEFORE it happens.
Membership Plans – We offer monthly membership options, if you wish to sign up for a membership your first lesson can be included in your first membership payment – you can make this decision in the days after your first lesson before it defaults to Pay As You Go.
Lesson Packages – Save money by buying lessons in packages of 5, 10, 15, or 20. These offer the same flexibility for cancelations as the Pay As You Go plan. You can pay for your first lesson by purchasing a package in the days following the lesson.
Student Cancellations
For Pay As You Go students, the fee is to reserve your teachers time, you will be charged if you don’t show up. Each teacher sets their own cancelation policy, review it when selecting your teacher. Instructors require that you contact them directly for cancellations, you will recieve their contact info when you sign up, and on your lesson reminder emails. Pay as you go students are billed based on the teachers policies.

Security Cameras
Our security cameras record video but not audio, so your conversations are private! These are here for the protection of all facility users and independent professionals.
