Payments for Private Lessons
We use Stripe, one of the largest online payment processors, for payment processing and your payment info is sent directly to them. It is not stored anywhere on our server and we can only access the last four digits of your card number. Please feel free to read about Stripe’s secure online payment system here.
In order to save your lesson time we require you fill out our registration form which collects your payment information. Each week your teacher(s) will record their attendance and you will be charged acordingly. You will receive an itemized receipt from “support@musicschoolmaster.com” for each automatic payment, if you feel you have been charged incorrectly please let your teacher know and they can correct it by changing their attendance, the payment will automatically be applied to future lessons.
Payments for Group Classes
We use Stripe, one of the largest online payment processors, for payment processing and your payment info is sent directly to them. Other than the last four digits of your card, none of your information is accesible to us. Please feel free to read about Stripe’s secure online payment system here.
In order to reserve your spot in a class, we require you fill out our registration form which collects your payment information. You will be charged the tuition for the class upfront, if you know you will be missing some classes please let us know and we may be able to adjust the tuition. Refunds are available only for special circumstances.
Student Cancellations for Private Lessons
All instructors require that you contact them directly for cancellations, they are in control of what lessons you are billed or not billed for, and it is your responsibility to get your teachers contact information at the first lesson. Each instructor sets their own cancelation policy. Some instructors travel far to teach here and need the security of knowing they will be paid for their time. Some instructors allow for unlimited cancellations with 24 hours notice, and others do not allow any cancellations. Ending or Pausing Private Lessons
Please give your teacher at least 7 days notice when ending or pausing your lessons.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
We never want cost to limit anyone’s access to a musical education. Financial aid and Scholarships are available for families or individuals under financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Security Cameras
Our security cameras record video but not audio, so your conversations are private! These are here for the protection of both students and teachers.

Student Registration
If you have already spoken with someone about scheduling a lesson, please fill out this form so we can add you to our calendar. It collects your payment info but we won’t charge anything until we touch base with you after the lesson.
