Payments
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is securely sent directly to Stipe. We do not store your payment information in our database. Please feel free to read about Stripe’s secure online payment system here.
In order to reserve your lesson time we require you fill out our registration form which collects your payment information. After the lesson, your teacher(s) will record their attendance and you will be charged weekly for lessons attended (and late cancelations). If a teacher does not record your attendance or mark your lesson as a late cancelation, you will not be charged. You will receive an itemized receipt from “support@musicschoolmaster.com” for each automatic payment. If you feel you have been charged incorrectly please let your teacher know and they can correct it by changing their past attendance, the payment will automatically be applied to future lessons.
Student Cancellations for Private Lessons
All instructors require that you contact them directly for cancellations. Each instructor sets their own cancelation policy. Some instructors travel far to teach here and need the security of knowing they will be paid for their time. Some instructors allow for unlimited cancellations with 24 hours notice, and others do not allow any cancellations. Past Due Balances
In the event your payment method fails, or if payment information is missing, you will receive an email notice. Please use our online student portal to update your payment information and/or repeat the payment attempt.
If repayment isn’t immediately possible we are committed to working with you to avoid interrupting you or your child’s music lessons! Financial aid, scholarships, and Financial Commitment Agreements (FCA) are available, please reach out to us and explain your situation!
In the event that the balance remains unpaid and no FCA is established, the following fees will be applied:
- A $10 fee will be applied 15 days from the initial notice.
- A reccuring $5 fee will be applied every 30 days thereafter until an FCA is established.
Ending or Pausing Private Lessons
We require at least 14 days written notice from the student/parent to both the teacher and administration (admin@beverlymusic.academy) when ending or pausing lessons. Lessons within that 14 day period are subject to your teachers cancelation policy.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
We are committed to providing affordable music lessons to all members of our community. Financial aid and Scholarships are available for families or individuals under financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Security Cameras
Our security cameras record video but not audio, so your conversations are private! These are here for the protection of both students and teachers.

Student Registration
