You can use our student portal to keep track of attendance, payments, lesson times, update your credit card, etc. Much of it is simple to use, however, some things are less intuitive. This page will provide links and guides to help you complete the more common tasks.

Logging In
An email with login information was sent at the time of registration, search for “support@musicschoolmaster.com” (check your junk filter). If you can’t find this email or need to reset your password, click this link and enter your email address: https://musicschoolmaster.com/forgotten
You will receive another email with login information.
View Your Balance and Due Items
Navigate to https://www.musicschoolmaster.com/people
You can view your balance and due items on the right hand side of the page under Financial Outlook
View Your Past Payments
Navigate to https://www.musicschoolmaster.com/money
You can view a list of your payments:

Changing Your Payment Information and Making Payments
In order to change your payment information you must make a payment. If you don’t currently owe for any lessons you can pay in advance for the remainder of the current month or make a payment of any amount of your choice.
1. Navigate to https://www.musicschoolmaster.com/money/credit_payment
2. Make sure you check “Save this credit card”
4. Confirm payment amount
5. Click “Process Payment”
