Logging In

An email with login information was sent at the time of registration, search for “support@musicschoolmaster.com” (check your junk filter).  If you can’t find this email or need to reset your password, click this link and enter your email address: https://musicschoolmaster.com/forgotten

You will receive another email with login information.

Changing Your Payment Information

In order to change your payment information you need to make a payment. If you don’t currently owe for any lessons you can pay in advance for the remainder of the current month or make a payment of any amount of your choice.

1. Navigate to https://www.musicschoolmaster.com/money/credit_payment

2. Log in

You should have received an email when you first registered from “support@musicschoolmaster.com” with your login credentials. If you need to reset your password there is a link on the login page.

3. Enter your new card information

4. Check box “Save this credit card”

 

5. Confirm payment amount and lesson attendance

 

6. Click “Process Payment”

 

View Payments and Charges

For a complete list of all lessons charged for and payments received use this report

1. Log in

If you’re logging in for the first time, follow the “Logging In” directions above

2. Click “Reports” in the sidebar on the left

3. Click “Payment and Fees”

4. Choose a time frame

5. Click Execute

View Attendance Records

Your teacher(s) take attendance after every lesson, you will only be charged for lessons if attendance has been recorded.  You can view your attendance records here

1. Log in

If you’re logging in for the first time, follow the “Logging In” directions above

2. Click “Reports” on the sidebar on the left

3. Click “Student Attendance”

4. Choose a time frame

5. Click Execute
